Justice! Innocent Until Proven Guilty! We have members of our Armed Forces being held in confinement that is worse than known enemy combatants! Without any formal charges filed against them! This is not the America they fought for!

Help us fight to return our country to the vision our forefathers had for this great nation. Our liberties are being taken from us and our freedom is in jeopardy. Our money is no longer ours and we are servants of the government, big corporations and unions. Conservatism has become an obscene word and we are considered a threat to our government. Political correctness has destroyed our education system and America has turned her back on God and we are paying dearly for it.

His parole was denied based on he has not served enough time considering the severity of his crime. Next step is to try parole and clemency again in a year. But they are saying we can do appeals, which should be ready to submit or only can be submitted in March I think, I can’t remember which. Ask folks to keep writing the governors and senators to not forget him. Also his address where he can be written for support can be found online in many places under LEAVENWORTH 10- he is part of a group of 10 others in his same situation. I know 2 out of the 10 are out or getting out soon. There are lots of us fighting for the Leavenworth 10. Thanks for your concern and support to all, we are truly saddened by the outcome.

PFC Andrew Holmes, son of Forest and Dana Holmes, has his Article 32 Hearing scheduled between Monday, November 15 at 9:00am, and Tuesday November 16 at 3:00pm at, Fort Lewis, Washington. He is being represented by Daniel Conway of Gary Myers and Associates. Our prayers are with the Holmes family during this time of great conflict and struggle.
