Lt Michael Behenna’s address…

By Major Bill Donahue, USMC -RET | Thursday, August 20th, 2009

Folks,

As you are probably aware, one of our Warriors, Michael Behenna, is currently incarcerated in Fort Leavenworth Kansas.

We are absolutely certain that he would appreciate any mail he receives, as well as any amount of money you could send him for his “Leavenworth account”.  Like all who are incarcerated there, Michael has to pay for his own postage and to make calls.  That is why there is such an account.

Michael Behenna # 87503

Update on 1st Lieutenant Michael Behenna – July 29, 2009

By Major Bill Donahue, USMC -RET | Thursday, August 20th, 2009

Dear Subscribers:

For those who are following the Courts Martial – and Appeals case – of Army 1st Lieutenant Michael Behenna, here is the latest as of July 29th, 2009…

They asked for a personal appearance to discuss the package.

Why?  There was no reason to celebrate.  We have Marines and Soldiers facing lengthy prison sentences at Fort Leavenworth and several more in various stages of Courts-Martial.
In each case, these young men were just doing what they had been trained to do; to close with and kill the enemy. Our Warrior Fund project is working very hard to pay the legal expenses for these cases.

And we are now seeing some of the most UN-Constitutional activities going on in both the Congress and the Administration; activities that could well signal the end of our Republic.

Officers’ Clubs Near Extinction

As military’s demographics, culture evolve, social activities center around troops’ families

By Larry Copeland, USA Today

FORT BENNING, Ga. – This sprawling Army installation, where generations of infantry soldiers have come to train, boasts an Internet cafe, a brew pub sporting pool tables and big-screen televisions, and six gymnasiums. It even has the area’s only do-it-yourself dog wash. People bring Fido, place him on a platform and give him a flea-ridding scrubbing.
