Will Obama keep his presidency?

America Faces a Looming Crisis
In a blockbuster ruling almost completely ignored by the kept media a U.S District Court judge in California has set a trial date in a case that could create a crisis unparalleled in this nation’s history.
Judge David Carter has scheduled a trial for Jan. 26, 2010, in a case that challenges Barack Obama’s eligibility to be President and if resolved in favor of the plaintiffs would remove him from an office he is constitutionally unfit to hold.
At issue is the unresolved question concerning Obama’s birthplace and his refusal to produce a birth certificate he insists he has that allegedly shows him to have been born in Hawaii and not in Kenya as some argue is the case.
By the simple act of producing that document, once it was shown to be valid the entire case would be moot. But he will not produce it and put the matter to rest.
Under the constitution candidates for president are required to have been born in the United States. Obama and his attorneys insist he has a birth certificate showing him to have been born on U.S. Territory but he adamantly refuses to produce the document which would instantly validate his election to the presidency.
Judge Carter, like the United States Marine he is (“Once a Marine, always a Marine”) refused to bow to demands from Obama’s lawyers that the case be dismissed, setting a trial date to hear the case and finally resolve the question of Obama’s eligibility to serve as President of the United States.
If Obama cannot prove his is eligible to hold office by producing a valid birth certificate showing he was born in Hawaii he will be removed and the Constitution mandates that the runner-up, John McCain will be declared president. It will be as if Obama had never held the office.
In that case, since Obama was never eligible to be president, all of his actions in that office, including every bill ha signed into law, every executive order he issued, every appointment he made, would be declared null and void and the nation would be embroiled in a chaotic situation.
The reaction from Obama’s die hard supporters, including all the Acorn and SEIU thugs, is predictable – make no mistake about it – there will be blood in the streets. They will not take this lying down. Arm yourselves America, prepare to defend your family, your property and your way of life. The Constitution means nothing to them
This is real. It is happening. Americans should be aware of a potentially looming crisis of massive proportions just a couple of months away and be prepared for it.
Wake up America before it’s too late
