DECORATED ARMY FLIGHT SURGEON REFUSES TO FOLLOW ORDERS UNTIL OBAMA’S ELIGIBILITY IS PROVEN

by Sharon Rondeau

Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, U.S. Army Flight Surgeon, has refused to follow orders until proof of Obama’s “natural born Citizen” status is provided

(Mar. 31, 2010) — A U.S. Army medical doctor and Lt. Colonel has refused to follow orders from his chain of command under the putative Commander-in-Chief, Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro.

Lakin had first considered voluntarily deploying in the fall of 2008 when he learned about the questions surrounding Obama’s eligibility to serve as president and commander-in-chief. He halted his plans to deploy and in March 2009, submitted a Section 138 complaint through his chain of command. The reply he received on June 11, 2009 was apparently insufficient, as he filed another Section 138 complaint against General George Casey in November 2009. Lakin had also sought answers from his congressman and U.S. senators.

The Case Against SGT Boyle

The former SGT Justin Boyle sits in a prison cell at Fort Sill Regional Correctional Facility because of what his supporters believe was unlawful command influence.

SGT Boyle, a decorated combat veteran with the capture of over 400 insurgents to his credit was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and conspiracy to commit battery in the death of a fellow paratrooper, PFC Luke Brown.

At the beginning of the trial, the judge instructed the panel that SGT Boyle was innocent until proven guilty; that the burden of proof rests solely with the prosecution. He explained in order to find SGT Boyle guilty of involuntary manslaughter; the prosecution must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that SGT Boyle’s actions caused the death of PFC Luke Brown. There was reasonable doubt in every aspect of this case.

SGT Boyle was out with some of his fellow Army buddies on that fateful night. As the senior NCO, it was his responsibility to make sure everyone returned to post; it was his responsibility to make sure no man was left behind.

SSgt Wuterich Will Face A General Courts-Martial

By Major Bill Donahue, USMC -RET | Monday, March 29th, 2010

Sadly, we just heard that Staff Sergeant Frank Wuterich, U.S. Marine Corps will face a General Courts-Martial.

The trial of Staff Sgt Frank Wuterich will go ahead after a military judge in California refused to dismiss the charges.

Sgt Wuterich is one of eight marines originally charged with murder or failure to investigate the killings. The charges against six of them were dropped or dismissed, and one was acquitted.

Lawyers for Sgt Wuterich had argued that his case should be dismissed. They said that an investigator into the incident was involved in meetings with the general who brought the initial charges against the soldiers.

But the judge ruled that there was no unlawful influence and no record of any “meaningful comment” between the general and an aide who had investigated the case as a military lawyer.

It means Sgt Wuterich faces a trial on charges of voluntary manslaughter and other crimes connected to the attack in Haditha. The deaths occurred after a marine was killed by a roadside bomb. Sgt Wuterich and a squad member were accused of shooting five men by a car at the scene. Investigators say he then ordered his men to clear several houses with grenades and gunfire. At an earlier hearing, Sgt Wuterich said he regretted the loss of civilian lives but believed he was operating within military combat rules when he ordered his men to attack.
