Good Afternoon:

I wanted to update you on the status of my son (the former SGT Justin Boyle’s case)

His clemency was denied by COL Johnny Johnston ( no surprise) and we have moved to appeals.

I have hired Gary Meyers to do my son’s appeal and he was kind enough to begin the case with only 3500. (that is all I have at the moment) I promised to get the rest of the money to him (15,000) as soon as possible.

I know that my son’s case does not qualify for assistance from you, but I was wondering if you could possibly post something on your site about my son’s current status.
