Two Marines who should have been awarded the Medal of Honor…but as mentioned in an earlier post on this blog, the Medal of Honor appears to now be a “Dead Man’s” medal only. But in this case, “only” the Navy Cross was awarded.
Watch the video several times. These two heroic Marines did not leave their posts…but the Iraqi ran like hell.
Just what will it take for DoD, and our nation, to honor a real living hero?
