Democrats act as if the right to run across the border when you’re eight and a half months pregnant, give birth in a U.S. hospital and then immediately start collecting welfare was exactly what our forebears had in mind, a sacred constitutional right, as old as the 14th Amendment itself.

The louder liberals talk about some ancient constitutional right, the surer you should be that it was invented in the last few decades.

In fact, this alleged right derives only from a footnote slyly slipped into a Supreme Court opinion by Justice Brennan in 1982. You might say it sneaked in when no one was looking, and now we have to let it stay.

The 14th Amendment was added after the Civil War to overrule the Supreme Court’s Dred Scott decision, which had held that black slaves were not citizens of the United States. The precise purpose of the amendment was to stop sleazy Southern states from denying citizenship rights to newly freed slaves – many of whom had roots in this country longer than a lot of white people.

Flag of the United States of America Flown For Me

By ProEnglishUSA | Tuesday, July 13th, 2010

In the name of God and by ALL that He touches, I will NOT tolerate, allow or condone someone to question my heritage or ethnicity because of my love for the United States of America!!!

Because I stand up and say PROUDLY and LOUDLY that all people seeking refuge, prosperity and freedom in the United States of America should make every personal effort, despite pains, struggles or tears to learn English does not erase my identity.

I will always defend this country for she gave my parents and I new hope.

I’m no attorney nor have I ever played one on TV but ……….

When the U.S. Constitution was written the authors, I’m sure, never imagined it would apply to a group of islands in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Like it or not it does. And some of us out here have read it. Apparently that’s not the case for many on the left side of the aisle in congress. And it’s certainly not the case for the guy sitting in the oval office.

Article 1, Section 8 of our governing document, the constitution, defines the rules under which the congress must operate. It stipulates what the congress (the house and senate) may do. It does not dictate what they may not do. That was dealt with later and I’ll get to that in a bit.

Section 8 begins with: “The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States; but all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;”

To All Countries Dealing With The United States

By Public Forum | Friday, February 19th, 2010

sent to all overseas friends

By: Art Phillips on February 18, 2010 at 10:16am

TO: all countries that are dealing with now or in the past twelve months have had dealings with the current United States Government or intend to enter into any dealings with the current United States Government.

The current United States government, because of its illegal acts with regard to the Constitution of the United States, is not representative of the American people. The current United States government, because of its failure to listen to legal and Constitutional protests made by a majority of United States citizens, is not representative of its citizens. Because of these criminal acts the majority of American citizens will not be held liable for any treaties, financial arrangements, or any other negotiated articles, contracts or debts. Any nation that chooses to enter into any treaty or contract with the current United States president or legislature will do so only with the individuals making such deals and the American people will accept no liability for any actions taken by them.
